The Alte Turnhalle Berlin, located in the heart of Berlin-Friedrichshain, offers flexibility as a spacious event location and caters to the needs of our customers through three different areas.

Year-round, our established neighborhood brunch takes place on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. In addition, the grand hall is primarily used for event-specific purposes. During the summer season, we also open our urban summer garden in the outdoor area, offering modern interpretations of Berliner cuisine.

For the kitchen (minijob/part-time/full-time)

The kitchen department has a young, but experienced and proven team. As our business has developed strongly over the past years, we are now looking for reinforcements for the colleagues in the kitchen.

Your tasks

Preparation and implementation of our weekly brunches, together with colleagues
Preparation and implementation of buffets for events
During the warm summer months, there is a coordinated á la carte business for the summer garden, where we are looking for reinforcements for the hot and cold stations

Your profile

We are looking for you if you

have completed a cooking apprenticeship
are creative and up to date, but also still enjoy classic buffets
are reliable, punctual, determined, honest, and hardworking
are resilient and always composed
